WHAT IS SUPER CRUISE ON CADILLAC ELECTRIC VEHICLES?
Super Cruise is Cadillac's hands-free driver assistance technology, available on the LYRIQ, OPTIQ, and Escalade IQ. It uses precision LiDAR map data, GPS, and cameras to enable hands-free driving on over 400,000 miles of mapped highways in the U.S. and Canada. It comes standard with a multi-year OnStar plan on equipped models.
HOW DOES THE CADILLAC OPTIQ COMPARE TO THE LYRIQ?
The OPTIQ is Cadillac's entry-level all-electric SUV; more compact, sportier in stance, with up to 317 miles of range and a starting MSRP in the low-to-mid $50s. The LYRIQ is larger, more luxurious, with up to 326 miles of range and a starting MSRP in the mid-$50s. Both offer AWD, Super Cruise, and Cadillac's 33-inch diagonal LED display. HOW DO I CHARGE A CADILLAC LYRIQ OR OPTIQ AT HOME?
Level 1 charging via a standard 120V outlet is possible but slow. For primary home charging, a 240V Level 2 wall charger is recommended. GM Energy's PowerShift Charger is compatible with LYRIQ, OPTIQ, and Escalade IQ. Select models also support Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) bidirectional charging.
