I was overly impressed with the service Braydon gave me. He was friendly, listened to my needs and kept me informed as to what was happening. Yes, I was very impressed. I hope get him the next time I need service for my Buick.

Marcus is always pleasant to work with at the service counter. And with our extended warranty he always reaches out to the warranty dept. to make sure we are covered for the needed repairs, thank goodness for the extended warranty. :) Not good that they don't tell you in advance of paying any charges that there is an added charge if paying with credit card tho.

Staff was Friendly, courteous, helpful

I have no issues or complaints. Service rep was very courteous. Explained everything precisely and understandably. The end cost would be the only thing I could gripe about, but is not something we can ignore. All is well!
